The client is responsible for placing these orders through the exhibition organizer’s customer portal. If needed, we can provide guidance and assist with identifying the required services and quantities necessary for the stand implementation.
The client is responsible for these additional services. Depending on the services ordered, the client may receive separate invoices for internet, catering, flowers, courier services, cleaning, waste removal, consumables, and other related services. In some exhibition venues, waste disposal costs resulting from stand installation and dismantling can reach several hundred euros per cubic meter.

Depending on the stand size, the number of trucks involved, and the agreed schedule established with the project manager, the required loading and unloading services are ordered accordingly. At the end of the event, the organizer or venue service provider will issue an invoice directly to the client for the services provided. To prepare an accurate quotation, we require several basic details: the exhibition name, location, event dates, stand dimensions, stand positioning within the exhibition layout, number of open sides, participation objectives, desired stand features, estimated budget, and the organizer’s technical regulations, if available.
Yes. We can start from a general concept, your participation objectives, or your company’s visual identity. Our team can then develop the stand concept, design proposal, functional layout, technical solutions, and material recommendations accordingly.

Cool Promotions operates its own production facility in Brașov, Romania, covering approximately 6,200 sqm and equipped for large-format printing, 3D printing, CNC routing and laser cutting, thermoforming, metalworking, painting, finishing, advertising production, and assembly. Having our own production facility allows us to maintain full control over quality, timelines, and project execution.

Yes. We produce large-format prints, textile printing, wall graphics, banners, lightboxes, adhesive graphics, rigid materials, and SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) printed textiles. We can provide both graphic production and professional installation within the stand.
